She was only a few metres away. And still, she vanished.

A child disappears while her parents drink next door.

No one sees anything.
No one hears a thing.

Detective Ronnie Woods knows cases like this rarely end well. But what unsettles him isn’t just the crime—it’s the silence surrounding it. The small inconsistencies. The things people don’t say.

As the investigation unfolds, Woods is drawn into a world of quiet dysfunction, buried resentment and moral compromise. The closer he gets to the truth, the more it becomes clear that this is not just about what happened that night—

—but about the people who allowed it to happen.

Because sometimes the most dangerous thing isn’t the person who takes a child.
It’s the people who look the other way.

  • Crime / thrillerGenesis (Detective Ronnie Woods)
  • Darker / transgressive fictionMuslamic Ray Gun

Do your books need to be read in order?

Some do, some don’t.

The “Greater German Reich” and “Dark Satanic Mills” series should be read in order. The Alex Savage novels can be read as standalone adventures, but there is a running theme between them.

Most of my other novels can be read as standalones.

Each series page includes the recommended reading order.

What kind of books do you write?

I write:

Alternative history
Crime / thriller
Transgressive fiction
Science Fiction

My work often explores power, violence, ideology and human behaviour—sometimes in ways that can be uncomfortable.

Why are your books so dark?

Because the world can be.

My background working as a prison officer and counsellor exposed me to aspects of human behaviour that most people never see. That experience shapes my writing.

Are your books offensive?

Some readers may find elements of my work challenging or provocative.

I don’t write to shock for the sake of it—but I don’t avoid difficult subjects either.

Where can I buy your books?

My books are available on Amazon.

Links are provided on each book page.

How often do you release new books?

I write regularly and tend to work across multiple projects at the same time.
